All Goucher students are encouraged to apply for an OIS Scholarship when participating in a Goucher Semester Program or a Goucher ICA.   Please submit an application available through the attached link by the Goucher study abroad program application deadline. Please select either a Semester Scholarship or ICA Scholarship Application.
